Civil War and American Art Exhibition Videos

The Sonnett Media Group, LLC created a series of television spots and a trailer for the The Civil War and American Art museum exhibition at the Smithsonian American Art Museum in Washington, DC. The exhibition examined how America’s artists represented the impact of the Civil War and its aftermath, open from November 2012 to April 2013, then travelling to the Metropolian Museum of Art in New York City. The spots were aired on local public television station WETA during broadcasts of the PBS Newshour and on the History Channel during primetime broadcasts on Comcast. The overall goal of the spots and trailer was to increase awareness of the exhibition for local audiences, which comprise a majority of the museum's visitors.
